Senior / Staff Product Engineer, AI

Role overview Build AI capabilities that are integrated into a product development platform, turning foundation models into dependable workflows that help teams move software work forward. You’ll partner closely with product and design, shaping both user-facing experiences and the backend and agent infrastructure behind them. The position is open to candidates based in North America and supports remote work across the region.

Responsibilities - Develop AI product features that feel responsive and natural within existing user workflows. - Prototype and refine intelligent interactions with product and design partners. - Build backend services for natural-language interfaces, suggestions, and agent-driven tasks. - Improve prompts and model behavior, and evaluate feature performance. - Help shape a platform that lets third-party agents participate in the product experience. - Contribute to reliable, privacy-aware infrastructure for AI integrations.

Requirements - At least five years building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company. - Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals. - Experience shipping applied AI systems into production. - Ability to work across product experience, backend services, and model behavior.
