Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end ownership of major features, from early prototype through production deployment - Take accountability for the quality of shipped work, including performant code, polished UI, and thoughtful error handling - Make technical decisions with judgment about when design docs add value and when to prioritize speed - Diagnose production issues using telemetry and instrumentation, leaving the codebase in better shape than found - Actively shape product direction through customer calls and by questioning priorities against real impact
Requirements
- Deep full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping customer-facing features in fast-paced settings - Bias toward action and shipping, with willingness to iterate on imperfect early versions rather than perfect untested abstractions - Genuine autonomy to identify priorities and next steps without waiting for direction - Strong craft orientation balanced with pragmatism, sweating UI and backend details while shipping promptly - Comfort operating in low-overhead, high-trust environments with accountability for both bold calls and their outcomes
