Product Solutions Specialist - Europe, 100% remote

Role overview

Guide customer implementations of a software platform for airline inflight services, from early solution discovery through rollout and adoption. You will connect customer needs with product and engineering teams, clarify requirements, and help customers use recommended workflows to achieve value. The role is customer-facing and technically informed, but does not own product strategy or require software development.

Responsibilities - Serve as the main product contact for implementation customers during onboarding, solution design, delivery, and customization. - Discover, question, refine, and document business requirements, translating them into clear requests for product and engineering teams. - Advise customers on platform workflows and ways to get value from the product; explain technical concepts and implementation trade-offs to both business and technical audiences. - Coordinate implementation activities, including testing, rollout, training, and change management. - Work with product managers and engineers to shape scalable solutions and share customer feedback. - Keep project decisions, requirements, and outcomes documented and aligned across stakeholders.

Requirements - Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software implementation concepts. - Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating customer needs into structured specifications. - Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Highly organized, with careful attention to detail. - English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have - Experience in aviation, airline operations, catering, supply chain, or logistics. - Experience with enterprise software implementations or Agile product development. - Background creating product documentation, training materials, or user guides, or conducting market and competitor research.
