Senior QA Engineer - LATAM

Role overview Help improve the reliability and user experience of software through functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. You will combine hands-on test execution with Playwright automation, working closely with developers and product managers to identify risks and raise confidence in releases.

Responsibilities - Design and run manual and automated tests for feature behavior and regression coverage. - Build, maintain, and refine Playwright or similar end-to-end test scripts. - Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues on test scope, risks, and acceptance criteria before and after releases. - Contribute to sprint planning and help assess the quality implications of planned work. - Record defects and test outcomes in team collaboration tools, and work with others to investigate issues. - Evaluate cross-browser and device testing tools and contribute to improvements in QA processes and standards.

Requirements - At least five years of QA or software testing experience, ideally on an Agile or Scrum team. - Strong understanding of functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Practical experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or a comparable automation framework. - Ability to write and debug automated tests in JavaScript or TypeScript. - Detail-oriented, collaborative approach and clear communication with distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to have Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, cross-browser or device testing, performance or security testing, or cloud testing platforms.
