Manager, ERP Engineering (BTPAI)

Role overview This engineering leader deploys and operates AI-enabled automation across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise platforms. The role turns business process needs into secure, governed production solutions, while improving reliability and moving critical ERP workflows toward more autonomous operation. It combines hands-on architecture and troubleshooting with release governance, production support, and leadership of global teams.

Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and support AI-enabled SAP automations and agent-based workflows across enterprise platforms. - Build scalable solutions using SAP AI services, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, integrations, and intelligent automation frameworks. - Translate business requirements into technical designs, integrations, controls, monitoring, and production-ready implementations. - Establish reusable agent frameworks with guardrails, governance, and human review where needed. - Monitor and troubleshoot agents, workflows, interfaces, and integrations; improve observability, exception handling, and operational performance. - Lead release readiness, incident management, production stability, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across global teams.

Requirements - 12–15 or more years of SAP technology experience, including S/4HANA, deployment engineering, and enterprise automation. - Deep expertise with SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, RAG, AI agents, and automation. - Proven experience delivering and supporting AI-enabled SAP solutions and agent-driven business processes. - Strong understanding of SAP processes including finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, sales, billing, and financial postings. - Experience with production support, incident response, release governance, observability, and operational improvement. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have Fashion or retail industry experience is preferred.
