Role overview A pre-sales engineering role guiding enterprise customers through a digital accessibility program. The position partners with sales and customer success to shape technical strategy, deliver demonstrations, and architect solutions that connect a platform and services to each customer's goals. Engagement spans executives, developers, designers, and program owners, helping them improve accessibility maturity at scale.
Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery to surface business drivers, accessibility maturity, and success criteria. - Design and present tailored solutions that map the platform, integrations, and services to specific customer challenges. - Deliver demonstrations focused on value outcomes rather than feature lists. - Build proof-of-concepts or pilots that demonstrate measurable impact. - Act as a subject matter expert on accessibility standards, automation, and program governance. - Relay customer insight back to Product and Product Marketing teams.
Requirements - 3+ years in a technical pre-sales or solution consulting role within SaaS, DevOps, or compliance domains. - Track record of leading enterprise technical conversations with C-Suite, development, design, legal, and procurement stakeholders. - Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and API integrations. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery models. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the discipline to understand "why" before showing "how." - Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice to have - Knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or other accessibility frameworks. - Willingness to travel up to 30%.
