Senior Product Designer

Role overview This role sits on a product design team for an AI-powered sales engagement platform used by tens of thousands of sales teams worldwide. The position partners closely with senior product managers and engineers across squads, owning design end-to-end from problem discovery through launch. It suits a designer who wants to shape both the product surface and the broader direction of AI-assisted sales tooling.

Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of the market, users, and product vision, and uncover the real problems behind surface requests - Own the delivery process with product managers from discovery through launch, ensuring shipped work creates measurable user value - Proactively identify problems, suggest improvements, and contribute to the product roadmap - Drive consistency, simplicity, and ease of use across the product experience - Move fluidly between squad-based work and direct shipping, working at pace and learning from real user feedback - Contribute to how product design and AI-driven outbound evolve inside the company

Requirements - 4+ years of product design experience, ideally within a scale-up environment - Strong bias for action, pragmatism, and a sense of urgency around shipping - Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and French - Solid grasp of SaaS market dynamics and business fundamentals - Strong design taste, leadership presence, and a growth mindset

Nice to have - Background in sales technology, sales operations, or product management - High technical literacy and comfort processing complex information quickly - Experience designing AI-driven product experiences
