Senior Product Engineer

Role overview Own complex product problems from discovery through delivery, working across the full stack to improve outcomes for customers and the business. The role combines engineering with product and design collaboration, using evidence and rapid feedback to shape priorities and deliver valuable changes in a regulated-services context.

Responsibilities - Take ownership of ambiguous customer and business problems, shaping them collaboratively and carrying solutions through delivery. - Use customer context, evidence, and feedback to challenge assumptions and focus effort on high-value work. - Make informed trade-offs and remain accountable for sustained outcomes after launch. - Apply AI in engineering workflows to reduce repetitive work, improve decisions, and help teams move faster with appropriate judgment. - Build tools, patterns, and workflows that help colleagues prototype, validate, and ship software efficiently and safely. - Work across engineering, product, and design, contributing to priorities as well as implementation.

Requirements - Senior-level engineering capability and confidence owning work across the full stack. - Comfort working through uncertainty and defining the problem, rather than relying on fully specified tasks. - Ability to use AI as a regular part of development while applying independent technical judgment. - Focus on customer and business outcomes, with a willingness to question assumptions and priorities. - Interest in improving team effectiveness and supporting the engineers who will maintain the work. - Accountability for difficult problems from initial framing through continued improvement.
