About this role

Role overview Partner with hospitals and health systems to implement technology that improves inpatient flow, optimizes capacity, and helps patients receive the right care faster. As a Senior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end healthcare technology implementations from pre-kickoff through go-live, coordinating the many clinical, technical, and operational pieces that must come together for a successful launch.

Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of complex inpatient flow implementations, from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success. - Build and execute detailed implementation plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, decisions, and timelines. - Lead deployments across multiple workflows and hospitals within a health system, coordinating onsite meetings and activities as needed. - Run customer and internal implementation meetings, establish action items, and drive accountability across customer and internal teams. - Coordinate discovery, technical implementation, workflow design, training, testing, readiness, and go-live activities across workstreams. - Continuously assess implementation health, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and manage escalations to resolution.

Requirements - Several years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations in a customer-facing setting. - Strong project leadership skills with a track record of driving accountability across internal and external teams. - Comfort in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with willingness to travel 30 to 40 percent of the time. - Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging clinicians, executives, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have - Experience implementing enterprise healthcare technology or SaaS solutions. - Familiarity with inpatient hospital operations, patient flow, capacity management, or related workflows. - Background managing multi-product or multi-site implementations across large health systems. - Working knowledge of JIRA and Smartsheet. - Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement training or certification.
