Remote job
Lead Analytics Manager
Job details
About this role
Role overview
This is a Lead Analytics Manager opportunity focused on owning the reporting infrastructure that drives decision-making across multiple consumer finance verticals, including credit cards, banking, personal finance management, and marketplace offerings. The role is embedded with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams from day one, partnering closely to surface trends, run retrospective analyses across experiments and seasonal cycles, and connect performance levers (campaign metrics, conversion rates, revenue per session, CAC) directly to business outcomes. The trajectory is clear: grow from technical reporting owner into a trusted analytical partner who recommends action rather than simply delivering dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Audit existing reporting consumption across assigned verticals to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies, then build a standardization roadmap. - Architect and maintain complex semantic-layer models (LookML or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau), keeping full awareness of downstream impact. - Translate raw, unstructured data into accurate insights without relying solely on clean upstream models. - Deliver proactive retrospective analyses covering experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance. - Raise data literacy across stakeholders through education, documentation, and standardized self-service dashboards. - Connect analysis directly to performance-marketing levers such as conversion rates, revenue per session, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing. - Expert-level SQL and comfort working with messy, complex, third-party data. - Hands-on experience owning reporting end-to-end, from data pipeline through final dashboard. - Advanced semantic-layer development (LookML, or equivalent DAX/data-model work in Power BI or Tableau). - Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams, conduct meaningful retrospective analyses, and influence decisions that move measurable outcomes. - Strong communication skills: ability to ask the right questions upfront and present findings with appropriate context for each audience.
Nice to have
- Track record of moving from technical executor toward analytical-partner role over time. - Experience standardizing reporting suites that enable confident self-service analytics.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first team distributed across many countries, with a South Florida headquarters for collaboration. - Base salary calibrated to the nearest major metro market, plus profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits. - Performance-driven compensation model where future increases reflect company and personal performance rather than cost-of-living adjustments. - Culture that measures work by impact over activity, values direct feedback delivered with respect, and expects people to turn constant change into opportunity.
