About this role
Role overview This role leads the reporting infrastructure for performance marketing verticals spanning credit cards, banking, personal finance, and marketplace offers. The position sits embedded with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams, owning analytics end-to-end from raw data ingestion through dashboards that drive real business decisions. Success means becoming a trusted analytical partner who surfaces insights the business has not yet seen, rather than simply a dashboard builder.
Responsibilities - Audit existing reporting consumption to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies, then build a roadmap to standardize dashboards across assigned verticals - Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to understand how each vertical makes money and what the key performance levers are - Architect and maintain advanced data models in LookML, or equivalent modeling layers in Power BI or Tableau, with full awareness of downstream impact - Conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance to inform future decisions - Drive adoption of standardized reporting and educate stakeholders to enable confident self-service analytics - Progress from technical executor into a proactive analytical partner who recommends action, not just reports findings
Requirements - 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing - Expert SQL and comfort extracting insights from raw, unstructured, third-party data without relying on clean models - Demonstrated experience owning reporting end-to-end, from pipeline through final dashboard - Advanced LookML development skills, or equivalent depth in Power BI or Tableau model design - Ability to connect data directly to business levers such as campaign performance, conversion rates, or revenue per session - Strong communication and curiosity, with a habit of asking questions first before pulling data
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first organization that measures work by impact rather than activity - Performance-driven compensation package including base salary and profit-sharing bonus; future increases tied to company and individual performance - Equal Employment Opportunity employer with a stated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
