Role overview
Help organizations turn ideas involving large language models into production applications. You’ll work directly with customer engineering teams, support adoption of developer tools, and bring customer insights back to product and engineering teams. The role is based in Singapore and includes regular customer-site travel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to design and deliver LLM applications, including search, code generation, and agent-based tools. - Demonstrate a suite of developer products and lead technical workshops on practical implementation patterns. - Support customer deployments, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement; travel to customer sites about 40% of the time. - Work with enterprise sales teams on technical aspects of customer opportunities. - Share customer feedback with engineering and contribute to internal and external projects that test new products in practice.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a related technical role, such as software engineering or customer engineering. - An engineering background and the ability to build trusted relationships with customer teams. - Comfort presenting technical guidance and best practices to developer audiences and larger groups. - A practical, service-oriented approach, with ownership and willingness to work through ambiguity. - Interest in current techniques for building and deploying LLM applications.
Nice to have
- Experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect at a developer-focused company. - Familiarity with LLM application development or related frameworks. - Experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
