Responsibilities
- Design, build, and train machine learning models for document parsing, classification, and workflow automation - Explore and analyze large healthcare datasets to surface patterns that improve model behavior and product outcomes - Collaborate with engineering to integrate trained models into production systems and pipelines - Monitor model performance post-deployment and continuously tune accuracy, latency, and efficiency - Contribute to structured experimentation, benchmarking efforts, and model comparison studies
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in machine learning, natural language processing, or applied AI - Hands-on experience working with unstructured data such as documents and PDFs - Proficiency in Python and standard machine learning frameworks - Ability to translate business or operational problems into well-scoped technical approaches
