Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Architect

Role overview A strategic and hands-on architect role leading the design, implementation, and evolution of multi-domain enterprise Master Data Management programs. The position spans customer, product, supplier, location, and reference data domains, with the goal of delivering a unified, trusted, real-time master data view that powers operational efficiency, customer 360 initiatives, advanced analytics, and AI use cases on modern lakehouse platforms.

Responsibilities - Drive pre-sales support and develop proof-of-concepts in collaboration with client services teams. - Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and align MDM solutions with business needs. - Design and implement scalable multi-domain data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, hierarchies, and relationship management. - Own the end-to-end MDM architecture and roadmap across multiple domains for client implementations. - Guide client partners on data quality rules, stewardship workflows, and governance policies, and help embed MDM best practices. - Translate MDM strategy into lakehouse-based implementations on Databricks and Snowflake.

Requirements - Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade, multi-domain MDM programs at scale. - Strong architectural skills across data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and relationship management. - Hands-on expertise with Databricks and Snowflake lakehouse platforms. - Track record partnering with business leaders, data governance, integration, and analytics teams. - Experience supporting pre-sales efforts and building client-facing proofs of concept. - Ability to operate as a strategic lead while remaining hands-on with implementation details.

Nice to have - Experience establishing stewardship workflows and governance policy frameworks. - Background operating in growing, global organizations with distributed stakeholders.
