Senior Frontend Engineer

Role overview Build the customer-facing surface of an organizational intelligence platform where dashboards, notifications, and configuration screens translate complex real-time data into clear, legible experiences. The frontend is treated as a first-class product rather than a thin shell over backend services, with a focus on making AI-driven decisions understandable to non-technical enterprise users.

Responsibilities - Design and ship dashboards, notification surfaces, and configuration interfaces used daily by enterprise teams. - Handle large datasets and complex real-time state in a performant, reliable way. - Make AI-driven insights legible to non-technical users through strong interaction and visual design. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to define UX and component patterns. - Maintain a high bar for visual quality across spacing, typography, and motion.

Requirements - 5+ years of frontend engineering experience. - Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript. - Experience working with real-time data and complex state management. - Strong UX intuition with attention to interaction details and visual polish. - Based in European time zones (CET ±3h) with the right to work in the EU or UK.
