DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Role overview A founding-level DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer role focused on building the infrastructure that powers a B2B platform. The position is described as the first dedicated infrastructure hire, with an opportunity to shape the stack before technical debt accumulates and operational issues reach customers.

Responsibilities - Build and operate AWS infrastructure spanning ECS, EKS, RDS, and related services - Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or Pulumi - Run Kubernetes workloads in production with a reliability focus - Implement and tune observability tooling such as Datadog or Grafana - Establish operational practices that catch problems before they become customer-facing - Collaborate with engineering teams on dependable deployment and release processes

Requirements - 4+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience - Strong hands-on AWS experience across ECS/EKS, RDS, and related services - Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Pulumi - Production Kubernetes experience - Familiarity with observability tooling such as Datadog, Grafana, or comparable platforms - Based in European time zones (CET ±3h) with the right to work in the EU or UK
