.NET Azure Engineer

Role overview Deliver end-to-end software features for healthcare workflows, working across APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes building reliable .NET services on Azure, contributing to architecture decisions, and collaborating with product and engineering colleagues in a remote, distributed setting.

Responsibilities - Design and deliver backend features spanning APIs, data storage, and cloud services. - Build scalable services with C#, .NET, and Azure Functions. - Implement event-driven processing with Azure Service Bus. - Improve SQL Server database design and query performance. - Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions. - Write maintainable code with testing and documentation, and coordinate delivery asynchronously.

Requirements - Three or more years of software development experience with strong C# and .NET skills. - Production experience with Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, or App Services. - Experience using Azure Pipelines for automated build, release, and deployment workflows. - Solid SQL Server knowledge, including database design and query optimization. - Ability to manage work from business requirements through production delivery. - Remote work experience, strong asynchronous communication, and fluent written and spoken English; availability aligned with Europe or UK time zones is required.

Nice to have - Experience with JavaScript frontend frameworks.
