Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Role overview A senior engineering position centered on designing and building custom enterprise software tailored to specific business needs. Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain custom enterprise software solutions end to end - Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs - Contribute to architectural decisions, selecting appropriate patterns and technologies - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across services and components - Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers on the team - Ensure software quality, performance, security, and operability in production

Requirements - Several years of professional experience as a software engineer, including work at a senior level - Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and their ecosystems - Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices - Demonstrated experience delivering custom-built (rather than purely off-the-shelf) software - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
