Software Developer

Role overview Build and maintain software applications, with an emphasis on scalable solutions, readable code, and reliable testing. The role combines hands-on development with cloud deployment and collaboration across teams, while using AI-assisted tools as part of the coding workflow. It is aimed at developers with two to three years of professional experience.

Responsibilities - Design and implement software using object-oriented principles and established design patterns. - Write unit tests to support code quality and reliability. - Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding tasks. - Deploy and manage applications on Azure or Google Cloud. - Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues and participate in code reviews. - Document technical decisions and maintain clear, maintainable code.

Requirements - Two to three years of professional software development experience. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Practical experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or PyTest. - Experience with AI-assisted coding tools. - Working knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud services. - Experience building web applications with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. - Proficiency in at least one of C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and problem-solving in software development.

Nice to have - Experience with Copilot Studio or custom AI agents. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, or Agile/Scrum.
