About this role

Role overview

Product Designer joining a cross-functional Core & Growth tribe for a global FinTech product. The role combines strong product thinking, interaction design, and hands-on user research, owning the full design lifecycle from problem framing through release and continuous iteration. Quantitative analysis is owned by the product analyst; the designer owns the qualitative side, translating user insight into clear solutions across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end design of features within the tribe, from discovery and problem framing to shipped solutions and post-release iteration. - Design complex product flows and interfaces such as registration and onboarding, authentication and security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards. - Plan and conduct qualitative user research, including interviews, usability tests, session recording analysis, and heatmap reviews, and synthesize findings into design hypotheses. - Use quantitative insights (funnels, drop-off points, A/B test results) to decide where to investigate, bringing the qualitative 'why' behind the numbers. - Build user flow maps, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to explore, test, and communicate solutions. - Design within the rules of the product design system across web and mobile (iOS and Android), adapting layouts for multiple regions and languages. - Document decisions, prepare clear developer hand-off, and review implementation quality.

Requirements

- 5+ years as a Product Designer in product companies, with shipped features. - Recent portfolio showing end-to-end cases: problem, research, hypotheses, solution, and outcome. - Hands-on qualitative research experience with tools such as Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, or Hotjar. - Experience designing complex, multi-step flows and logic-heavy interfaces. - Proven experience in at least one of: onboarding and activation flows, security and authentication UX, admin panels or B2B dashboards, or partner/affiliate/referral portals. - Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills. - Advanced Figma proficiency (auto layout, variants, variables, prototyping) and clear understanding of design systems. - Experience designing for both web and mobile, including multi-language and multi-regional products. - Use of AI-powered tools in the design workflow and English proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have

- FinTech experience (trading, crypto, banking, payments). - Depth across more than one of the requirement areas (for example both onboarding and security). - Gamification mechanics. - Microinteractions and lightweight UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Rive).

Benefits and work setup

- 20 paid vacation days per year and 10 paid sick leave days. - Public holidays per the company calendar. - Medical insurance. - Remote work opportunity. - Professional education budget. - Language learning budget. - Wellness budget for gym, sports gear, and related expenses.
