MS Dynamics Engineer

Role overview

Develop and maintain a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system that supports business teams and their day-to-day processes. You’ll translate operational needs into reliable CRM features, improve the existing setup, and provide production support, with work spanning backend logic, user experience, integrations, and deployment.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement CRM features tailored to business requirements, and continuously improve system functionality and performance. - Diagnose production issues and provide technical support to maintain system reliability. - Build maintainable backend business logic using C# and .NET, applying sound coding practices and common design patterns. - Customize interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve usability. - Integrate the CRM with third-party systems through REST APIs. - Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of changes in an on-premise environment.

Requirements

- At least two years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience writing robust, maintainable C#/.NET code. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Relational database skills with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimizing queries. - Familiarity with basic algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns. - Experience integrating external systems through REST APIs and intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to have

Experience with on-premise Dynamics, its Customer Support module, or financial technology systems.
