Middle Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

This role is for a full-stack engineer on the Quality team supporting a large AI-enabled platform that connects customers with licensed professionals. The engineer will work across both front-end and back-end systems, contributing to business-critical initiatives including a major platform migration. It is well suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and partnering closely with product and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance reliable, scalable software across front-end and back-end systems. - Build user-facing features and the back-end services that support them. - Partner with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop effective technical solutions. - Contribute to business-critical initiatives, including B2P migration efforts and improvements to core operational systems. - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews. - Use SQL and application data flows to support functionality, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. - Collaborate in an agile, sprint-based environment and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience. - Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data-access technologies. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and performance-sensitive data scenarios. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript; React experience is preferred. - Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks such as NUnit, Playwright, or React Testing Library. - Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, and the ability to work effectively with evolving or ambiguous requirements.
