Senior Full-stack Engineer

Role overview A lean, venture-backed team is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to help build the next major iteration of a subscription-focused software platform used by direct-to-consumer ecommerce businesses. The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural leadership, partnering closely with the CTO, product, and growth stakeholders to keep the platform robust, scalable, and developer-friendly.

Responsibilities - Build a new major version of the product with strong extensibility and a sharp focus on developer experience - Design, ship, and iteratively refine features across the stack while investigating and resolving bugs and performance issues - Support customers directly when issues arise, feeding insights back into product decisions - Lead technical initiatives, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers - Propose ideas for product and platform improvements and weigh them against the team

Requirements - 5+ years of software engineering experience in a product-focused environment - Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and solid command-line fluency - Broad understanding of modern web technologies, standards, and their nuances - Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Vue, PostgreSQL, BullMQ/Redis, Kubernetes, or equivalent technologies - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, lean startup setting with a growth mindset - Fluent Polish (written and spoken) and fluent English at C1 level for technical documentation and clear communication
