Product Engineer

Role overview This role drives the next iteration of a B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses build and run subscription offerings, with an initial focus on direct-to-consumer ecommerce selling physical products. The work sits at the intersection of ecommerce, payments, and developer tools, combining strong engineering execution with a sense of visual and product taste. The position is part of a lean, experienced team operating in a flat, impact-driven structure.

Responsibilities - Collaborate daily with Product and Design to shape priorities and translate them into actionable engineering work - Help set product priorities aligned with technical feasibility - Design and implement solutions within complex systems, ensuring scalability and a user-friendly experience - Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation across the engineering function - Work cross-functionally with support, development, and growth teams

Requirements - Engineer at heart with strong visual taste and an intuition for what will work in a product - Proven ability to design and implement solutions in complex systems - Open-minded approach when learning new technologies - Track record of delivering within cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Fluency in Polish (written and spoken)

Nice to have - Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento - Background with subscription-based systems
