AI Engineer

Role overview Develop an AI-enabled collaborative product for teams, contributing across the application stack and helping turn product goals into working features. As an early team member, you’ll work closely with the founding group, take ownership of projects, and adapt as product priorities evolve.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain product features across frontend and backend services. - Turn ideas into small, deliverable increments and refine them through iteration. - Work with the team to solve technical problems at both feature and system levels. - Communicate progress and decisions clearly in a distributed team environment. - Contribute to a codebase built with modern web frameworks and open-source tools.

Requirements - Practical experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Docker. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to consider implementation details alongside broader product needs. - Comfortable starting work independently while collaborating closely with teammates. - Fluent English for day-to-day communication in a distributed team. - Willingness to work in an early-stage setting where requirements and priorities can change.

Nice to have - Experience with Tailwind CSS, tRPC, or LangChain. - Familiarity with Zod. - Exposure to TypeScript, Prisma, or NextAuth.js.
