About this role
Role overview A part-time customer education and enablement role on a B2B SaaS team serving universities, outplacement providers, and enterprise partners. The position owns the bridge between a signed contract and a fully engaged customer, leading onboarding, delivering live training, and curating educational resources.
Responsibilities - Lead standard onboarding and implementation sessions, deliver live virtual training for faculty, students, and coaches, run recurring office hours, and confirm implementation is complete before accounts are passed to Customer Success. - Own and maintain all customer-facing educational resources, including guides, faculty and student materials, the knowledge base, video library, and FAQs, keeping content current as the product evolves. - Build and run Train-the-Trainer certifications, semester launch kits, email sequences, and adoption campaigns that drive time-to-first-value. - Coordinate timing and launch of onboarding-phase customer-marketing campaigns and supply CS briefs to Marketing. - Own onboarding-phase CRM updates, meeting summaries, AI note management, training schedules, follow-up emails, and resource distribution. - Track webinar attendance, adoption metrics, and resource utilisation, and report training effectiveness to the CS team. - Operate and maintain AI-assisted workflows defined by CS leadership, escalating redesign needs to the Director.
Requirements - 1–3 years in customer education, training, instructional design, or customer operations. - Comfort facilitating live virtual training for diverse audiences including faculty, students, and HR professionals. - Strong written communication skills, with the ability to independently produce guides, newsletters, and documentation. - Working knowledge of CRM tools, high organisational rigour, and a track record of closing loops. - Curiosity about AI tools and quick adoption of new technology. - Based in Canada with work authorisation, and available across Pacific, Mountain, or Eastern time zones.
Nice to have - HubSpot admin or power-user experience. - Background in higher education, career services, or workforce development. - Hands-on use of AI assistants such as Claude or Fireflies in a work setting. - Experience with webinar or LMS platforms and basic video production or editing. - Train-the-Trainer or certification programme experience.
Benefits and work setup - Hourly rate of $30–$35, with a fully remote work environment and a competitive part-time compensation package.
