About this role
Role overview Guide business customers through implementing and adopting workflow automation, from initial discovery to launch and ongoing support. The role combines implementation project management, process analysis, technical configuration, and customer enablement, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities - Lead onboarding from kickoff through launch, agreeing on goals, scope, success measures, and timelines. - Run discovery sessions, map current processes, and turn business needs into workflow designs. - Configure workflows that connect data, APIs, and human review steps. - Coordinate implementation plans, stakeholders, risks, data mapping, and imports. - Train users, support adoption, and review customer outcomes and service performance over time. - Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams and monitor workflow quality.
Requirements - At least three years in customer success, implementation, solutions consulting, or a similar B2B software role. - Experience managing projects end to end, including scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze and map processes and identify opportunities for automation. - Strong written and verbal communication with both executive and technical audiences. - Familiarity with APIs, spreadsheets, data handling, and troubleshooting; SQL is a plus. - Regular hands-on use of large language model tools, including iterative prompting to improve results.
Nice to have - Familiarity with insurance operations.
Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote role within the United States. - Annual compensation of $80,000–$115,000, health benefits, stock options, and three weeks of paid time off.
