Role overview

This position focuses on building the runtime that powers autonomous coding agents, spanning cloud services, isolated execution environments, orchestration, and developer-facing APIs. The work blends infrastructure engineering with API design, contributing to a platform that lets software be written and executed by agent-driven systems. The role is based in Tel Aviv or open to remote candidates.

Responsibilities

- Build and operate the cloud services that host and manage autonomous coding agents in production - Develop isolated execution environments designed to safely run code produced by agents - Implement orchestration layers that coordinate agent workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation - Design, build, and maintain developer-facing APIs that expose runtime capabilities to other teams and tools - Contribute to architectural decisions across the runtime stack and help evolve its technical foundations

Requirements

- Production engineering experience building reliable, scalable backend systems - Hands-on familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts such as containers, virtualization, or sandboxed execution - Ability to design and consume APIs intended for integration by other developers - Comfort moving across the stack, from low-level infrastructure concerns up through public API surfaces - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of open-ended technical problems

Nice to have

- Background in agent systems, code generation tooling, or AI infrastructure - Experience designing distributed systems or runtime platforms
