Senior Full Stack Developer

Role overview

Build and evolve the software and infrastructure behind products serving the Solana and Web3 development ecosystem. This remote senior role combines hands-on full-stack engineering with architectural contribution, product ownership, operational responsibility, and the design of systems that remain reliable as usage grows.

Responsibilities

- Develop the application software and infrastructure required to deliver the product’s technical mission. - Contribute to technical strategy, long-term vision, system architecture, and implementation decisions. - Translate product and engineering requirements into practical solutions within an agile development process. - Design and build services that are highly available, performant, scalable, and extensible. - Maintain production systems, automation, tests, and operational processes throughout the software lifecycle. - Collaborate with teammates to assess trade-offs, deliver features, and continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional experience developing production systems, with the source indicating a typical range of 3–5 or more years. - Strong written and spoken English communication skills. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and industry experience. - Advanced knowledge of at least one modern programming language, such as JavaScript, Go, Python, Rust, or Ruby. - Ability to work across application development, infrastructure, testing, and operations. - Comfort working in an agile environment where engineers help clarify requirements and propose solutions.
