QA Engineer

Role overview Own quality for a complex product by testing realistic customer journeys from start to finish against live infrastructure. The work centers on thoughtful scenario coverage and catching regressions before they affect customers, including in campaign, event, and AI agent workflows.

Responsibilities - Design and run end-to-end tests that reflect how customers use the product. - Build regression suites that uncover issues through realistic workflows. - Prepare test plans for new features before release. - Test complex journeys involving multi-step campaigns, real-time events, and AI agent interactions. - Use AI-assisted automation when it helps, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.

Requirements - At least one year of QA experience, including end-to-end testing of a real product. - A systematic approach to edge cases, race conditions, and data boundaries. - Comfort with AI-driven testing tools and prompt-based automation. - Familiarity with REST APIs, browser developer tools, and reading application logs. - Ability to write actionable bug reports that engineers can reproduce without follow-up.
