Senior AI Engineer

Role overview Build and improve AI agents that coordinate multi-step workflows for customers, including tasks involving business messaging, enterprise resource planning, and electronic health record systems. The engineering focus is on production-grade reasoning systems that combine models, tools, and persistent memory, with attention to reliability, speed, and operating cost.

Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain the architecture behind agent workflows. - Improve production latency and manage per-token inference costs. - Create robust evaluation methods to assess agent behavior before releases. - Mentor less experienced engineers. - Work directly with customers in healthcare and logistics to understand and support their needs.

Requirements - Five or more years of software engineering experience using Python or TypeScript. - Experience deploying and operating LLM-based systems in production. - Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, and agent orchestration. - Ability to communicate comfortably in both Spanish and English.

Nice to have - Contributions to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a comparable framework.
