About this role

Role overview

A permanent, full-time opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Functional Specialist to administer, configure, and support the organisation's D365 and Power Platform environments. The postholder will keep systems reliable, assist with process automation, maintain data quality, and partner with internal stakeholders and external support providers to continuously improve business systems.

Responsibilities

- Manage user accounts, security roles, and access permissions within Dynamics 365, and assist with administration of Development, Test, and Production environments. - Configure and maintain forms, views, dashboards, charts, and business rules across Customer Engagement modules. - Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows, classic workflows, and other process automations. - Support business users by investigating issues, delivering training, and sharing best-practice guidance. - Maintain data quality through regular cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities, and document system configurations, automations, and support procedures. - Collaborate with external support partners to resolve issues, implement approved changes, and assist with testing and validation before deployment.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps, including Dataverse tables, relationships, and security concepts. - Familiarity with D365 solutions, releases, and configuration changes, and the ability to troubleshoot workflows and standard system configurations. - Understanding of integrations and data management principles, with the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. - Strong communication and customer service skills, with a structured approach to problem solving and good attention to detail. - Ability to work independently while following established governance, change control, and support processes; Agile or project delivery experience is beneficial.

Nice to have

- Background in a membership, not-for-profit, or professional services environment. - Familiarity with web content management systems such as Umbraco.
