About this role
Role overview A Senior Product Manager is needed to shape how large enterprise retailers manage and grow their digital businesses on a major grocery e-commerce platform. The role owns the Retailer App platform and its Analytics & Insights product, building consumer-grade experiences where retailers can manage storefronts, discover new capabilities, and turn data into actionable growth. The position requires operating with exceptional ownership and velocity, aligning Product, Design, Engineering, and Data partners, and engaging directly with leading enterprise retailers.
Responsibilities - Build a consumer-grade retailer experience with seamless navigation, personalized homepages, and end-to-end workflows - Drive discovery and adoption of the growing suite of storefront capabilities so retailers can unlock more value - Empower retailers through intuitive self-service experiences for exploring, configuring, and managing storefront capabilities - Establish reusable components, templates, common UX patterns, and governance frameworks that help product teams ship high-quality retailer experiences with speed and confidence - Set the vision and standards for Retailer App across product teams to ensure a coherent end-to-end experience - Build intuitive analytics experiences that give retailers visibility into commerce, content, and product performance - Translate complex retailer requirements into scalable platform products with measurable outcomes
Requirements - 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including 2+ years on platform products - Strong product craft and UX judgment for creating intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify complex workflows - Experience building scalable platforms, shared capabilities, and frameworks that enable multiple teams to deliver efficiently - Proven ability to independently set direction, navigate ambiguity, and ship complex products at high velocity - Cross-functional leadership skills, including influence without direct authority and stakeholder alignment - Customer-centric product strategy with the ability to translate customer problems into differentiated solutions - Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in quantitative and qualitative reasoning
Nice to have - Experience building B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or products used to manage complex business workflows - Experience with e-commerce, retail technology, content management systems, or site-building platforms - Experience building analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven recommendation products - Experience using AI to create more intelligent, proactive, or automated product experiences - Experience with configuration platforms, developer enablement, or B2B self-service tools
