Sr Software Engineer

Role overview Lead hands-on development of web and mobile applications used by internal teams and consumer audiences. You will work with engineers, designers, and product managers across new products and existing services, contributing technical judgment while helping the wider engineering team grow.

Responsibilities - Build and improve single-page web applications connected to REST-style backend services. - Collaborate across frontend, backend, mobile, design, and product disciplines. - Help the team deliver new applications and maintain existing ones in a fast-changing environment. - Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance progress with the complexity of adopting new tools. - Support strong technical documentation and knowledge sharing. - Mentor and coach other engineers.

Requirements - At least four years of experience building single-page applications integrated with RESTful backends. - React and TypeScript experience is preferred. - Experience adapting quickly in a startup or small team environment. - Autonomy, curiosity, humility, and respect for colleagues. - Strong written and verbal technical communication. - Ability to assess technical trade-offs and contribute to documentation practices.

Nice to have - Exposure to Node.js, NestJS, React Native, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or AWS. - Experience integrating third-party services or mobile identity capabilities.
