Software Engineer

Role overview Build and maintain web and mobile applications for internal users and consumer audiences, working across the product lifecycle with engineers, designers, and product managers. The role combines hands-on software development with practical technical decision-making in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities - Develop single-page web applications and connect them to REST-style backend services. - Contribute to new products as well as improvements to existing applications. - Collaborate with frontend, backend, and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers. - Make pragmatic technology choices, weighing improvements against the complexity they add. - Document technical decisions and share knowledge with the team. - Mentor and coach fellow engineers.

Requirements - At least four years of experience building single-page applications integrated with RESTful backends. - Experience with React and TypeScript is preferred. - Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a small team or rapidly changing environment. - Clear written and verbal technical communication skills. - Curiosity, humility, respect for teammates, and sound judgment about trade-offs. - Understanding of useful technical documentation and knowledge management.

Nice to have - Experience with Node.js, NestJS, React Native, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or AWS services. - Familiarity with third-party integrations, payments, messaging, or mobile identity features.
