Senior/Lead Full-Stack Developer (Acting Lead / Ownership Role)

Role overview Take technical ownership of an AI and data platform that has reached its final pre-launch phase. The core product is already built; the priority is to resolve architectural inconsistencies, improve reliability, and create a clear path to release. You will act as the technical lead for an existing engineering team, guiding the work needed to make the platform stable and launch-ready.

Responsibilities - Assess the current platform and identify architectural gaps or inconsistencies. - Set technical direction for the remaining pre-launch work. - Guide engineers as they stabilize and refine existing functionality. - Address risks that could make the release unpredictable or unreliable. - Coordinate technical decisions across the full stack and drive the product toward release.

Requirements - Senior or lead-level full-stack development experience. - Strong architectural judgment and ability to take end-to-end technical ownership. - Experience guiding an engineering team through delivery and stabilization. - Ability to work effectively with an existing codebase and product nearing launch. - Skill in turning architectural concerns into a practical, reliable release plan.
