Technical Program Lead

Role overview Guide complex software or data engagements from an uncertain starting point toward an owned production system. You’ll provide enough structure for teams to make decisions and deliver, while keeping risks, responsibilities, and unresolved constraints clear to both technical contributors and client leaders.

Responsibilities - Define engagement outcomes, working agreements, milestones, and decision paths. - Coordinate product, engineering, data, security, and operations around delivery needs and risks. - Turn discovery findings into a feasible technical plan with clear ownership. - Make progress, decisions, delivery risks, and open constraints visible to client leaders. - Facilitate collaboration between senior stakeholders and hands-on technical teams.

Requirements - Experience leading software or data programs with meaningful technical depth. - Strong written communication and facilitation skills. - Judgment to add useful delivery structure without creating unnecessary overhead. - Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and technical builders.
