Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant - (remote - Brazil)

Role overview

A senior full-stack consulting engagement operating remotely from Brazil, supporting a digital-infrastructure marketplace and advisory platform. The consultant acts as the primary technical owner for a coupled backend and frontend surface handling matching, ranking, gateway transactions, and related cost-aware scoring logic, while providing cross-coverage backup for adjacent platform areas. This is an autonomous, high-impact B2B contract role suited to engineers who thrive in async, cross-border environments.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain Go-based backend services and React/TypeScript frontend interfaces for a coupled capacity-matching and gateway surface. - Evolve matching, confidence-scoring, and cost-optimization algorithms to meet strict precision and explainability standards. - Serve as secondary owner and backup for adjacent routing and verification clusters, contributing to incident response support and pull-request reviews. - Partner with data-foundation and downstream-transaction teams to align source-data quality and ensure seamless integration across the transaction flow. - Deliver well-tested, observable code and conduct rigorous pull-request assessments under the pod lead's technical direction.

Requirements

- 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering experience with deep production proficiency in Go (backend) and React/TypeScript (frontend). - Applied experience designing algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks, combined with API-gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures. - Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres), cloud deployments (AWS), event-driven messaging, and data-pipeline integration. - Fluent professional English communication skills for async collaboration, code reviews, and daily alignment across Brazil, European, and US time zones.
