Software Engineer

Role overview Build the cloud infrastructure, integrations, and customer-facing tools behind a production voice AI service. This role combines hands-on software development with technical direction, operational improvement, and work on low-latency systems, AI workflows, and data pipelines. The position is fully remote within the United States and does not provide visa support.

Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure for a voice AI agent. - Build robust integrations with third-party services and systems. - Create pragmatic, high-quality tools used by customers and internal teams. - Help define technical architecture and the engineering roadmap. - Establish software engineering and operational practices across the organization. - Contribute to real-time systems, agentic AI workflows, and data pipelines.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. - At least one year of post-graduation software engineering experience. - Demonstrated success building and shipping real-world products or systems.

Nice to have - Four or more years of professional experience building software and systems. - Experience applying operations and reliability best practices.
