Software Engineer

Role overview This role focuses on building the cloud backbone for a voice AI agent service aimed at restaurant drive-thru and phone-order automation. The engineer will design scalable infrastructure, integrations, and customer-facing tools within an early-stage team that ships product quickly while maintaining quality. The work also extends into real-time low-latency systems, agentic AI workflows, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities - Design and build scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure that supports the voice AI agent service - Develop robust integrations with third-party services and internal systems - Build high-quality, pragmatic customer-facing tools - Define the technical roadmap and overall architecture - Establish software engineering and operational best practices across the team - Contribute to real-time low-latency systems, agentic AI workflows, and data pipelines

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a technical field - At least one year of post-graduation software engineering experience - Track record of building successful real-world products and systems

Nice to have - Four or more years of professional software engineering experience - Experience with operational best practices
