Senior Product Manager

Role overview Lead product strategy and delivery for solutions in self-sovereign and decentralized identity. You’ll guide work from identifying user and market needs through launch and ongoing improvement, partnering with technical and commercial teams to shape secure, scalable, interoperable products.

Responsibilities - Set product vision, priorities, and roadmap for decentralized identity capabilities. - Research customer needs and market opportunities to inform product direction. - Coordinate delivery across engineering, design, marketing, and business development. - Lead product development from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration. - Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Work with engineering on secure, scalable solutions and account for applicable identity, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements - At least three years of product management experience, including substantial knowledge of self-sovereign or decentralized identity systems. - Experience delivering products from ideation through launch and iteration. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with product management tools and agile practices. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed team. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Nice to have A master’s degree or MBA; startup or high-growth company experience; contributions to identity-focused open-source communities; knowledge of privacy regulation, usability testing, distributed ledgers, smart contracts, or secure multi-party computation.
