Junior IAM Consultant (m/f/d) – Accelerator Program

Role overview Start a career in identity and access management (IAM), the area of cybersecurity that governs who can access systems and what they are allowed to do. This full-time consulting program provides several months of structured training before matching participants to an IAM technology and preparing them for client work. Previous IAM experience is not required.

Responsibilities - Complete an IAM bootcamp and practical training in an assigned platform. - Work through realistic exercises in demonstration environments. - Build consulting, communication, and other professional skills through guided development. - Apply training to IAM consulting assignments and continue learning as responsibilities grow.

Requirements - Curiosity and motivation to learn IAM and cybersecurity; prior IAM experience is not required. - Relevant educational background or transferable experience, as considered during technology matching. - Willingness to complete several months of training and develop both technical and consulting skills. - Ability to work in a full-time consulting role.

Nice to have - Interest or experience in cybersecurity, enterprise systems, or consulting may help inform the program’s technology match.
