Systems Integration Engineer

Role overview Deliver and support secure enterprise infrastructure integrations, combining hands-on systems engineering with Tier 3 troubleshooting and customer collaboration. The work covers deployment, maintenance, security, resilience, and operational readiness for a virtual mobile environment used in high-security settings.

Responsibilities - Provide on-site and remote Tier 3 engineering support and solutions architecture. - Install and maintain TLS proxy integrations, operating systems, virtualization infrastructure, and network configurations. - Operate server infrastructure, including capacity planning and hardware installation, decommissioning, sanitization, and shipping. - Manage certificate provisioning and platform configuration, upgrades, health monitoring, and incident response. - Plan and test disaster recovery, coordinate releases and patches, and document changes and audit records. - Investigate security findings, test application and platform releases, and communicate status and escalations to customer stakeholders.

Requirements - Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and current CompTIA Security+ certification. - At least 5 years in systems engineering, integration, or enterprise infrastructure support. - Strong knowledge of TLS and PKI provisioning, certificate management, and secure integrations. - Experience with enterprise server hardware and lifecycle processes. - Familiarity with network engineering and F5 TLS Proxy or comparable security or load-balancing tools. - Strong Tier 3 troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Nice to have Experience supporting defense, federal, or other high-security customers; SaaS delivery; Android; Linux; cloud or DevOps; Kubernetes; Nutanix or other virtualization platforms; secure infrastructure deployments; and security or vendor certifications. Familiarity with ACAS scans, DISA STIGs, or related compliance frameworks is also useful.
