Senior Technical Program Manager

Role overview A senior technical program manager is needed to lead complex programs at the heart of a fintech company's financial operations, specifically the money movement domain. The role centers on delivering flawless, high-velocity deposits and withdrawals while ensuring every transaction is tracked with precision and transparency. Beyond core processing, the program manager will shape a self-service product that empowers administrators, participants, and internal operations teams, making accurate financial inflow the trusted foundation of the broader customer experience.

Responsibilities - Partner with design, product management, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional planning and execution - Identify and mitigate execution risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and coordinating stakeholder communication - Build schedules, set goals, and define milestones for individual projects and the broader team portfolio - Maintain lightweight bookkeeping practices that keep sprints running smoothly and predictably - Track and report progress in formats tailored to each audience, from engineering to executive leadership - Run and continuously improve planning, execution, and reporting rhythms across the organization - Support long-range activities including roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management - Spot opportunities to increase operational efficiency and overall impact - Reinforce a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences - Demonstrated collaboration ability and leadership presence across cross-functional teams - 3+ years of technical program management experience in a related industry - Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle practices - Hands-on experience with cloud-based, service-oriented architectures - Track record of building and shipping successful products - Capacity to dive into deep technical problems and use data to surface solutions
