Role overview
This role focuses on leading onboarding and ongoing education for elite-tier professional customers across North American hockey (and volleyball) markets. The consultant acts as a subject matter expert for video analysis and performance tools, helping high-level coaching staffs get maximum value from the product suite and shaping long-term success for the highest-priority accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment between sales conversations and customer goals, ensuring short- and long-term objectives are clearly understood by all parties - Learn each customer's unique workflows and deliver tailored training so teams are set up to succeed with the platform - Capture feedback from elite users and relay insights to product teams to influence future improvements - Collaborate with support, sales, and education teams to surface customer insights and execute a global training strategy - Lead educational academies that elevate user expertise across the customer base - Assist with complex camera and network installations when technical setup requires extra attention
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Sportscode software, with the ability to train others on its use - Adaptability to evolving strategies, including a willingness to learn new products, sports, and workflows - Comfort working across both software and hardware, with attention to detail during installations - Strong training skills: able to simplify complex concepts and adapt delivery style for engaging, interactive sessions - Team-player mentality, willing to support front-line work and broader department initiatives - Willingness to travel on a monthly basis to visit customers on-site

- Prior customer-facing experience in training or education roles - Experience collaborating with distributed, global teams
