HubSpot Integration Engineer

Role overview This role focuses on engineering integrated customer relationship management systems that link revenue teams, data, and operational workflows across the platform. The work combines technical design, hands-on architecture, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver connected solutions at scale. It is well suited to an engineer who enjoys designing how systems, data, and people work together.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery and portal architecture workshops to map integration points across revenue workflows - Design CRM objects, lifecycle models, pipelines, permissions, and reporting frameworks that connect data and operations - Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans - Guide implementation quality and key architectural decisions throughout delivery - Build scalable system designs that connect teams, data, and operational processes

Requirements - At least three years of experience designing solutions on a major marketing automation and CRM platform - Strong skills in CRM architecture, data modeling, and lifecycle engineering - Excellent spoken and written English - Residing anywhere in Latin America, with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams
