Role overview This role centers on designing scalable customer relationship management systems that bring revenue teams, data, and operational workflows together inside a marketing automation platform. Responsibilities - Lead discovery sessions and portal architecture workshops with internal and client stakeholders - Design CRM objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, permission models, and reporting structures - Translate business requirements into practical, clearly documented technical plans - Guide implementation quality, governance, and architectural decisions across delivery teams - Connect revenue, data, and operations workflows through cohesive system design

Requirements - Three or more years designing solutions within a leading marketing automation and CRM platform - Strong background in CRM architecture, data modeling, and lifecycle design - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Based anywhere in Latin America and comfortable collaborating with distributed remote teams
