AI-driven Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

Build and ship full stack features for a collaborative learning platform, including AI-assisted tools and agent-driven workflows. You’ll turn complex user needs into production software while applying engineering judgment to planning, implementation, testing, and code quality.

Responsibilities - Develop features across PHP and TypeScript or JavaScript for the core platform and new AI-enabled workflows. - Work with product, design, and engineering colleagues to shape and deliver user-facing capabilities. - Direct end-to-end AI coding-agent workflows, from specification and planning through implementation, review, and validation. - Build production agent and chatbot workflows, along with APIs, integrations, MCP servers, and background jobs. - Improve architecture, maintainability, reliability, and test coverage; establish checks that catch incorrect agent output. - Share practices with the team and help improve how AI-assisted development is carried out.

Requirements - Advanced software engineering experience building production systems with PHP and JavaScript or TypeScript. - Hands-on experience running end-to-end workflows with AI coding agents. - Strong judgment in reviewing generated code, debugging edge cases, and owning quality in production. - Ability to work across backend logic and user interface components. - Self-directed, outcome-focused approach and clear communication in a hybrid team. - Typically, at least five years of software engineering experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment; fluent English.

Nice to have - Background in learning and development or HR technology. - Additional language skills.

Benefits and work setup - Hybrid or remote work from Finland or Spain. - Annual compensation of €55,000–€70,000.
