Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Guide the development and growth of a platform that helps specialty care teams coordinate medication access and dispensing. You’ll identify the problems most worth solving, shape practical product plans, and work with clinical operations, design, engineering, customers, and users to deliver improvements as the platform expands across specialties and workflows.

Responsibilities

- Assess user feedback, support issues, operational needs, and product data to identify problems and explain their impact and priority. - Partner with product, design, and engineering colleagues to set a roadmap and choose appropriately scoped solutions. - Carry work from problem discovery through requirements, implementation context, launch, and follow-up iteration. - Give engineering and design teams the information they need to make sound decisions and move quickly. - Balance customer and end-user needs with operational demands as the platform scales. - Track relevant industry developments and identify opportunities to improve the product.

Requirements

- Technical depth sufficient to understand how features fit into a codebase, assess scope, and make reasoned tradeoffs; daily production coding is not required. - Ability to translate user problems and data into clear product opportunities and investment recommendations. - Experience guiding cross-functional product development from discovery through launch. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to create shared context and support constructive debate. - A practical, iterative approach to solving ambiguous problems while maintaining a high bar for quality.
