About this role

Role overview

The Senior Customer Enablement Manager designs, builds, and continuously improves a customer learning experience for an autonomous pentesting and attack-path verification platform used across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role combining instructional design with deep technical fluency, focused on helping IT/SecOps teams, service providers, and enterprise security practitioners realize value faster.

Responsibilities

- Define and bring to life a foundational customer academy, including curriculum architecture organized by role, use case, capability, product tier, and proficiency level - Design and launch customer certification programs with defined levels, learning requirements, hands-on assessments, and completion criteria that validate practical ability rather than content consumption - Create clear, step-by-step technical "how-to" modules, guided learning paths, and hands-on exercises covering workflows, configuration, test planning, result interpretation, and reporting - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, and Attack Research subject-matter experts to prioritize learning experiences with the greatest impact on adoption - Establish a scalable framework for customer education that can grow alongside platform capabilities, products, and evolving customer needs - Maintain, improve, and expand certifications and learning content as the platform evolves

Requirements

- Strong domain knowledge of autonomous pentesting, attack-path validation, or offensive security tooling, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, useful customer education - Demonstrated instructional design experience building certifications, assessments, and technical learning paths - Hands-on track record of personally creating and refining technical learning content, not just managing others - Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product Marketing - Comfort working in a fast-growing, remote-first environment alongside practitioners and former cyber operators

Benefits and work setup

- Fully remote work environment - Base salary range of $142,000 to $180,000 annually, determined by location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills - Equity package in the form of stock options for all full-time roles - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families - Flexible vacation policy and generous parental leave - Employer commitment to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, results, and inclusion
